This one was spoken loudly about a loooong time ago. Back then, though,
we all cared far more about stuff like repoman only checking x86 deps,
and no-one wanted to distract the portage person from getting that one
fixed.

Of course, in those days we knew better than to rely upon repoman to
actually get anything right, and did manual checks as well.
