Also, you can't compare sparc32/sparc64 to x86/amd64: sparc64 is just a 64bit kernel with a 32bit userland.
Oh yeah, I forgot, sparc32 uses a different userland than sparc64 in Gentoo. Shall I stop shooting holes in this type of argument now? :)
