In favour of doing this, because it's overhead that I would like to free
Infra of doing. Security updates several times a month; annoying to
manage via our existing Infrastructure-as-code-paradigms (I know you can
do Ansible for it, but Infra is a Puppet user).

It's also large resource wise: Many repos are well-served by Gitolite,
because they have very low change rates

The one thing I will say is that it provided a better CI experience than
Gitolite - but that should not be a blocker in moving away.
