You can't seriously mean that. I'm not even going to try to point out that 
this is a rediculous analogy as you will not get the point anyway.

Also paludis can be accepted in three if it does things that portage does not 
do. Ebuilds in the tree that are not specific to paludis must continue to 
function with portage. Otherwise the official package manager would not be 
able to use the official tree.
