Basically, any sort of flag filtering is doing something stupid. It
should just be a temporary measure to make it work until we can fix the
actual bug. Sure, some are more complicated than others, but filtering
GCC flags, or whatever, only masks bugs that we should be fixing.
That's my belief on the flag filtering issue atleast. I think we should
be trying to get bugs upstream to fix all of these issues.
