This is a last rites package coming from who was known as the package
undertaker (before antarus took my place, that is :P)...

media-sound/fobbit is suffering from lack of maintainership, the description
states that's a software to use Creative VoiceBlaster USB VoIP phone devices,
so at a least it requires particular hardware to be used.

The code contains a kernel module, built in an ancient way, and for what I can
see it's not for Kernel 2.6, but rather for 2.2/2.4, which makes it difficult
to manage anyway.

The short changelog shows that the only gentoo developer actually taking care
of it was jje (that I don't remember to have heard of) in 2003, and then
eradicator marked it stable. After that, just other two entries from him, and
one from me for a generic policy update..

Anyway, will mask it, and remove it in 30 days if nobody has reasons to leave
it in the tree.
