Following up from IRC earlier: You're interested in maintaining this until a new maintainer is found.Are you prepared to handle the security bugs here? Alternatively we could either put it in hardmask until a maintainer is found, or we could slap a warning in the ebuild saying that it's not supported from a security perspective, or something along those lines.
