I should clarify, that genflags was a short project based on requirements
from Daniel Robbins. I wrote it in mid-2003.

The old code (app-portage/genflags) is still in the tree, but has badly
stagnated (not updated since GCC3.3, and it was before the widespread
entry of amd64 machines).
