Dale, LQ does not have a Gentoo subforum because Gentoo does not yet support such a subforum. I'm sure that the Gentoo Forums are more than adequate for the users that find their way to them but that LQ gets Gentoo related questions shows that there is a demand for support there, even if its to post a link to Gentoo documentaion or posts on the Gentoo Forums.
