Yes, a hardmasked live ebuild is a possibility. A snapshot ebuild would be even better, as that could be in ~arch. > It could be moved to kde-sunset overlay where legacy KDE3 stuff (like KDE > 3.5.10 itself) is being kept and maintained by the community. All packages depending on qt:3 should be moved to kde-sunset. A bug should be filed for this package, blocking the qt3 removal tracker.
