i think we've seen enough improvement/bugfixes in ~arch sandbox over
current stable sandbox-1.6 and things have settled down.  there are
certainly a few bugs open that arent technically regressions with
sandbox-1.6 to older versions, but are none the less causing problems
for current stable packages.

i'm aiming sandbox-2.3 as the start of the new stable series, so i'd
like people to really thrash on it.  obviously if it turns out to be
not-so-hawt, i'll do sandbox-2.4 and have it be the new stable
candidate.  yes, this is common sense, but explicitly stating it to
avoid the tossers who might try and nitpick.
