Hi This is getting worse and worse lately. Users tend to CC arches on various bugs based on their architecture. Is it possible to restrict this kind of option to normal users? Either hide the entire box or disable the CC button I don't know. It is just get really annoying to see so many irrelevant bugs in our inboxes
