The sentence "If there is no interest, the removal of Java support well be done during the second half of March 2011."
seems to have some bugs.
I suppose "well be done" was meant to be "will be done"?

But maybe "the removal [..] will be done" could use re-writing, too.
How about this:
"If there is no interest, Java support will be removed
from IA64 during the second half of March 2011."
