+1 on forcing it always on. gpgme already requires all packages linked against it to use same largefile switch value as it does, and maintaining the ability to switch it on/off just creates more trouble than profit. The only use case I see for the explicit switch possibility are the dependencies of -bin packages. -- Best regards, Michał Górny
