All I am saying is that EAPI bump does not always protect users. We have 5 EAPIs around, so it is quite easy to get confused about the features each of the EAPIs includes. This is why I suggest to keep the warning around long enough, and when the number of affected packages drops below 'X', have the QA team fix the rest of them.
