Based on nothing but testing in the past, they only break ABI across
major versions, so we could simply subslot properly (instead of the
current ${PV}) and it would work fine.

Also since (afaik) libbtbb is the only external wireshark plugin in the
tree, it seems my risk to take and I'm willing to accept it.
