Well, even if the stabilization is still waiting for two blocking bugs: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474128 -> for Orca 3.8 https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=486278 -> for getting a lvm2 version working ok with Systemd finally
I think we could start preparing the news item. I attach one based in latest one from the times of 2.32 :D It only points to Gnome 3.8 upgrade guide as that guide is already pointing to Systemd guide for migrating (and explaining the Systemd need)
