Well I think this haven't been addressed yet (or has it?). Shall we
start a discussion about this problem since Gentoo is not really
functional without an active GCC maintainer.
I'm trying to clear blockers to gcc-4.8 and then I'll start working on
4.9. I'm going to formally ask to be part of the toolchain/gcc-porting
team and I'll try to help, but this does take lots of skill.
