Just to clarify this in the binpkg case, here you would normally install BDEPEND, DEPEND, and usually RDEPEND to / on your build machine. On your other machines, you usually only care about RDEPEND. If you care about BDEPEND and DEPEND too then you'll need to use the same prefix everywhere but that's nothing new.
