This is part of patch for bug 779871. Added GLIB_COMPILE_RESOURCES path here near GLIB_COMPILE_SCHEMAS. Also removed @INTERNAL for GLIB_COMPILE_SCHEMAS because it is already used outside of gnome2-utils.
