These trivial patches replace "inherit eutils" by "inherit eqawarn" which is the only function that is actually needed. This will allow dropping EAPI 6 from indirectly (via eutils) inherited eclasses in a second step.
I've verified that none of the affected 53 ebuilds in the Gentoo repository call any functions of the indirectly inherited eclasses.
