[gentoo-dev] Package up for grabs: app-arch/unar

I'm dropping app-arch/unar, since it was the only ObjC package on my
system. These days, libarchive is IMO a much better choice.

All bugs have been fixed. The upstream isn't gone, but somewhat
unresponsive.
