This might seem redundant, but I've done some touch-ups on the MIPS installation guide and linked it from the index.
The MIPS installation guide (on the site) will stay there even after the
2004.0 release (unlike the other architectures) on request of Joshua (kumba).
The main reason for this is that the MIPS architecture is a hard-ass
architecture with lots of different subarchitectures.
The MIPS installation guide will be some kind of "testbed" before any
instructions go live in the handbook (or at least that's the idea).
