Hi all,

I've updated the documentation policy on two things:

1) Not only versions, but also the dates need to be bumped. This is trivial
   though :)
2) In case the installation instructions themselves are flawed (and break the
installation) fixes can be committed immediately. However, in case such a
fix is committed, you must inform [email protected] about it (so the
fix can be edited if needed)

This latter is of course needed so we don't hurt too many users. Note that
this only applies in case the instructions are flawed and break the
installation.

I've also edited the hb-install-kernel.xml so that it informs users to run
"genkernel --menuconfig all" if their /boot isn't ext{2,3}.

Wkr,
        Sven Vermeulen
