^^ Right there.. That should not be -EL (endian little) vs what it
should be -EB (endian big)
Anyway Gentoo has a bugzilla https://bugs.gentoo.org.
Please use that in the future for bug reports.

In the mean time is there anyway to compile a toolchain with crossdev
for armeb-softfloat-linux-uclibc? I have tried various versions of
uclibc, kernel headers and gcc with no success.
