There are several manufactures that produce ARM modules with flash and ran on board. Look at linuxdevices.com for articles and product info. Look at mouser.com and digikey.com for a small selection. Gumsticks are also popular gumstix.com. Many of these would require a OI board, but most do have development boards you can purchase.
