emerge -s searches all portnames, and I got this:
emerge -s mkimage
Searching...
[ Results for search key : mkimage ]
[ Applications found : 0 ]
emerge -S takes a lot longer, because it also searches the descriptions.
From that, I got:
emerge -S mkimage
Searching...
[ Results for search key : mkimage ]
[ Applications found : 0 ]
So, it sure seems like a miss, sorry.
