So on this phone you can install embedded Gentoo, or should I just

So via a module, you can use this phone on which cellular provider

A PDA is not what I need. I want a hackable embedded gentoo
cell phone or with something like openmoko or android where
somebody has put some form of embedded linux on it, in an open
format for other to hack too.
So, what I ask for, a 'dev kit' that runs embedded gentoo, openmoko
or some hackable form of linux does not yet exist in an
cell phone (arm) package?
