No...  Are you sure it's using qt-4?  qt major versions are slotted and
from qt3 to qt4 the library names have changed.

In an ideal world, yes - however in reality that code has changed
dramatically from 3.3.6.

First thing to do is to run kdesktop_lock from a terminal, and see
whether the error is the same.  Also do:

readelf -d $(which kdesktop_lock)

and see which QT version it links to - if the rpath
includes /usr/qt/3/lib then it's linking to QT3 not QT4.

Report any findings on the same bug.
