I don't have experiences with NX bit, but I think that your directive below is not consistent with NX bit of P4 architecture......

I've compiled the kernel for pentium3 and built the system 
with -march=pentium3.

By the way.... Use the latest Vanilla kernel with apropriate patches, and build it for P4 based architecture!

Could you please inform me about the results? I am interested in.
