Probably not, but if you have an idea about how Gentoo works, you should
know that there is no significant advantage with such a profile. All
available ebuilds will install their latest and greatest version.
Upgrading a profile when it goes stable (f.i. from default-linux/x86/2006.1
to default-linux/x86/2007.0) will not trigger any major updates to your
system, because the latest updates are already installed.
When problems exist with packages within a profile, f.i. with the gcc and
glibc ebuilds in the hardened profile, these problems will need to be sorted
out first. A new profile will not give us a magic solution to the problems
with these ebuilds.
So just use a 2006.1/server or a hardened profile for your install, there
is not major advantage to wait for the release of 2007.0 (unless you want
a really uptodate cd installer).

You should use older (hardened) stage3 like 2005.* or 2006.* and then
upgrade your system
to the current state
