[gentoo-hardened] "does not have a PT_PAX_FLAGS program header, try conversion"

I'm trying to use a video muxing tool called tsmuxer but PAX kills it like this:

PAX: execution attempt in: <anonymous mapping>, 00c48000-00c49000 00c48000
PAX: terminating task: /home/user/tsmuxer/tsMuxeR(tsMuxeR)

I also get:

# paxctl -m /home/user/tsmuxer/tsMuxeR
file /home/user/tsmuxer/tsMuxeR does not have a PT_PAX_FLAGS program
header, try conversion

How can I try conversion?
