At first I tried to compile kernel myself maybe 20 times. Then I took config from http://stuartl.longlandclan.hopto.org/gentoo/mips/kconfig.php/7 and compiled kernel again. Now my o2 is up and running Gentoo (2005.0 profile). Thanks everyone for help.

o64 kernels, like the ones built for O2, look like 32bit kernels to arcboot, which is normal.
