yes, i do. although frequency scaling is claimed to be not supported on my
model (tibook II 550, aka powerbook3,3 IIRC), i am now able to limit the
frequency to 500 Mhz but with no effect whatsoever. but i'm sure that
macos isn't able to any kind of frequency scaling on this actual model,
so this can't be it.

i'd love to have this, but the 50MHz off i get with my machine make no
difference at all.
