Are you sure that you have fetched an uncorrupted copy of
TeXmacs-1.0.6.8-src.tar.gz ? My copy has the size 3835265.
Manifest has been generated from this copy, and contains this size (and
texmacs-1.0.6.8 emerges without any problems).
Which way this ebuild can be updated, http://gentooscience.org gives
Internal server error ?
In any case, only those who have write access to svn can change ebuilds in
the Gentoo science overlay.
About the web server gentooscience.org: I have reported that it is mostly
broken so many times that I got tired of it. Errors are intermittent. If
you try each operation 3 or 4 times (maybe 5), 1 time you will succeed.
