Nice addition ribosome!

The AutoDock ebuild was mainly written by a colleague, so thanks Luc! Whilst
on the topic, if you use AutoDock, please do take the time to register as a
user on their Web site. It is nice to see AutoDock 4 released as open source
software that we can redistribute freely, but registering will help its
development team with grant proposals.

It is great to see AutoDock in portage so many thanks to Luc
and ribosome from me as well :)

I would really like to emphasize Olivier's comment regarding
registering. For most government funded software (at least
in the US) it is very important for the developing party
to be able to prove to the funding agency that their software
product is being successfully used by the research community.
This is mostly achieved via product registration and, possibly
even more important, by citing the use of the software in
resulting publications. Many people seem to forget the last
point, taking this software for granted. Quite frequently
I see pretty molecular images printed in Nature or Science
that were obviously produced with VMD or PyMol without any acknowledgment whatsoever.

Best,
Markus
