[gentoo-science] maxima-5.13.0 and texmacs-1.0.6.10-r1

maxima-5.13.0 is in the science overlay. Also texmacs-1.0.6.10-r1 is 
there; it contains a patch to run maxima-5.13.0.

Isn't it a good moment to move this to the main tree?
