Hello Davide, Paludis [1] supports [2] installing CRAN packages. Since I am not familiar with Paludis, I can give no more insight into how you can do this. I have just found a bug report [3] on Portage. If you find anything more specific on this (say, how exactly this can be done with Paludis), please post it here.
