[gentoo-science] sci-astronomy/cpl-4.1.0 new ebuild

Hi,
few days ago I put Bug #224227 with new ebuild for
sci-asctronomy/cpl-4.1.0 (version 3.1 is already
in sciece overlay). Could you have a look at it?
