I fixed it. For some reason they removed all versions >1.3.12. I mirrored the .15 tarball on our servers so just sync and emerge. But be careful, I don't know why upstream removed it. If you ever have problems again, don't hesitate to ask here, in out irc channel #gentoo-science on freenode, or the commiter to the overlay directly. justin
