Hi Francois, sorry for no response for such a long period of time, but I am preoccupied with my Masters at the time... so i tried this command, now it outputs this strange sequence of signs: @p...@!34326+@"08...@#41558+@$331...@%59012+@&867...@! 17973+@"40...@#87158+@$06...@%81061+@&867...@! 31091+@"81...@#73226+@$61...@%52331+@&867...@! 76881+@"60...@#34614+@$26...@%94601+@&867...@! 69503+@"35...@#57705+@$21...@%8438+@&867...@w3+xcn and i have to hit Ctrl+C twice to exit all combitanions of x and y in "-m xm" and "-o y[m,g]" produce more or less the same output, differing by length. emerge =sci/mathematics/sage-4.3.5 still fails at the same moment... best regards Marek
