[gentoo-science] [sage-on-gentoo] sci-mathematics/ratpoints-2.1.3-r3 Manifest file is wrong

Hi,

I am trying to install sage from the sage-on-gentoo overlay. While
fetching ratpoints I get the following error:

('Filesize does not match recorded size', 207697, 207253)
!!! Fetched file: ratpoints-2.1.3.tar.gz VERIFY FAILED!
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got:      207697
!!! Expected: 207253

Can you update the Manifest file?
