[gentoo-server] Gentoo with LTSP and Win4Lin

Is anyone running Gentoo with both the Linux Terminal Server (LTSP) and 
Win4Lin?  I know there are special Win4Lin sources that already contain the 
necessary patches.   Any comments on setup or maintenance?
