2) Changing the password on the windows clients does not sync with the ldap password. I read that Ldap must support exop for that to happen,
but the only reference that I found to it is on ldap.conf (pam_password exop)
and it's uncomment or do I miss something?
If You want to sync LDAP password when changing it in Windows add "ldap passwd sync = yes" in your smb.conf
PS. exop is needed to sync Windows password when changing LDAP, as far as I know.
