RT is in Portage, though there are some bugs relating to it: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61893 https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67686 (maybe more) If you have some personal knowledge about the official Portage version of RT (like do you actually use it), please take a look at these bugs, and see if there is is anything you can add, or if they can be closed. Additionally, these bugs are for 3.2.2, which is now superceded by 3.2.3 and 3.4.1.
