An other good book Hardening Apache: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1590593782/qid=1115230558/sr=2-4/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_4/102-3509870-1285720
It explains how to create an hardened httpd.conf file, how you can chroot apache with php and mysql. I uses this book to harden a LAMP system and it worked very well.
