You can use the Mail Filter Guide
(http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/mailfilter-guide.xml) as stated in
section 13 with adding the following to /etc/postfix/main.cf above
smtp-amavis:

smtp       inet  n       -       n       -       4       smtpd
    -o content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
    -o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings

then the mail server will also be a spamd/clamav handler.
