It looks like courier-authlib is your culprit. I'm not quite sure why yours are so bloated. Mine are pretty long running and are only taking up ~4MB each. Try '/etc/init.d/courier-authlib restart', and I bet you memory usage will drop dramatically (for the short term, anyway).
