Unless you're planning on migrating other databases, this sounds like a
job best done by hand and/or a small perl script. mysqldump should spit
out something that can easily be converted to a form digestible by psql.
I did something like that for a tool that could only create
MySQL-specific SQL from an ER diagram, and getting it to PostgreSQL was
mainly some mapping of datatypes, like TINYINT to SMALLINT,
AUTO_INCREMENT to SERIAL UNIQUE and such.
