Due to recent changes in release policy of upstream mysql team need to split the mysql in the tree, new packages will be: - dev-db/mysql-community - dev-db/mysql-client - virtual/mysql The existant package dev-db/mysql will be the enterprise sources beginning from version 5.0.28 (no package move for the previous ones)
This imply to change a bunch of packages, profiles and eclasses. There is currently an overlay [1] meant to be trasferred in the tree as soon as possible [2], you can see eclasses changes here [3] and ebuilds one here [4] (don't abuse of [4] it's a long list and overlays.g.o may suffer).
